Preparing to Travel
Once you’ve been accepted, you still have work to do! Here’s a checklist of items for you to follow, that will ensure your readiness to travel. Remember to get your passport and complete and submit all scholarship applications. Register for the course and pay the tuition and registration fee and meet with your faculty leader and IEC to discuss fundraising opportunities. Submit course payments according to schedule, and pay the balance of the course fee by the deadline listed in the application. And one last thing, but very important, Attend all pre-departure orientations and meetings scheduled for your course.
